WHAT TO EXPECT

Step 1

SEND US YOUR PROJECT PLANS

Send plans and ideas to info@craftmasterfabrication.com.


Step 2

PROJECT PLANS

We will have drawings and cost to you within 5-10 business days (depending on project size).


Step 3

REVIEW & REVISIONS

After you receiving your drawings, you have time to review and make any modifications needed. Once the drawing is approved with final cost, down payment of 50% is due and we accept all traditional payment types. We do not paint, stain, or install our products (this keeps both our costs down).

(We want all changes and approvals before the project is started.)


Step 4

KEEPING IN TOUCH

We will keep in touch with you to keep you advised on the status of your project with updated expected completion time frames. A week before the project is complete we will be in contact to schedule delivery/pickup.


Step 6

DELIVERY/PICKUP

Once the project is finished, we will email notifying you that they are finished and confirm pickup/delivery date. Final payment is due.
